The nutritional baseline generates a comprehensive foundation for athletes and active individuals of any ability level. This service is great for student athletes, weight management, and improving nutrition quality or eating habits. In addition, athletes suffering from overtraining/under-recovery or chronic low energy will find this assessment as an excellent way to make changes to enhance healthy eating patterns, improve recovery, and promote high quality exercise and training sessions over the long term.

Price: $150 (90 min)
Session 1: You will collaborate with your Sports Nutritionist to review event/race/training goals and current fueling and hydration plan, if one exists. You will receive a report highlighting your baseline glycogen levels and existing fuel plan with individualized guidelines for your training or upcoming event to optimize performance and recovery.
Session 2: follow-up to review adequacy of fueling and hydration plan and make any additional adjustments. Glycogen follow-up to determine improvements from session 1 to session 2.
Price: $150 (90 min, broken into 2 sessions – 60 min initial, 30 min follow-up)
From baseline testing to repeated measures throughout a season or during a nutrition intervention, body composition information is paramount to understanding where weight loss or gain is coming from. With this assessment, we will accurately assess the relative contribution of fat mass versus fat-free mass on body weight. This information helps to drive recommendations and track changes long-term.

Price: $25 per scan (30 min appointment)

Metabolism accounts for 75-95% of the calories your body burns, and it can change due to age, stress, activity levels, diet, pregnancy, illness, medications, and other factors. Knowing your metabolism allows you to find the most effective exercise/training program and determine optimal caloric intake to reach your goals. This session lasts 45 minutes for the initial consultation and measurement. Follow-up measurements last 15 minutes.
Clients will leave their initial appointment with an RMR report, highlighting recommended Calorie intake on a day to day basis, exercise nutrition recommendations, and macronutrient distribution to achieve nutritional goals. Sample meals will be provided as necessary to provide additional guidance on eating habits for success.
• Resting Metabolism
Price: $75 for initial assessment (45 min) + $35 for follow-up (30 min)
Through pre and post-exercise assessment of body weight, sweat rate, and urinary markers of hydration, we will develop a Personalized Nutrition Plan to optimize hydration status before, during, and after your event or daily training.
The nutrition consultation can be used on an as-needed basis to review nutrition data, eating habits, follow-up on previous appointments, discuss exercise nutrition, or review current race day nutrition habits to name a few.
Price: $100 for 1 hour, pro-rated in 15 minute increments
A Nutrition Consultation can be added onto any Full Physiological and Metabolic Assessment to dive into additional detail gathered from the test, including exercise expenditure and fueling for exercise based on fat and carbohydrate oxidation rates, developing fueling strategies both within and outside of exercise to optimize performance, and improving daily eating habits for weight and energy management.
Price: $50 add-on for 30 minutes, can be added during booking of Full Physiological and Metabolic Assessment
