This session is a continuation of our foundational series that will help you in building and improving your fitness for the season in a progressive, safe, meaningful way. We will work on skills, body position, aerobic conditioning, and muscular strength to provide a well-rounded foundation from which to build your upcoming season. Workouts are built to progressively overload the body, starting from lighter intensities and gradually building to heavier workloads to prepare for intensified sessions as we move through the winter and spring.

Space is limited, and lectures take place Mondays from 6-7pm at 2150 Stadium Drive, 2nd Floor Champions Center!
