Virtual
Join Dr Ballantine in some virtual runs, hikes, walks over the next couple of months. See our Facebook page for details. She has signed up to do a virtual 5K each of the fall months leading into December, the first of which was a Pumpkin Run. Let’s see how many of us can get out and do some fun hikes, runs, and walks. Feel free to get us pictures to upload to our Facebook page. Let’s see how many patients join us! Then if so desired make a donation to Girls on the Run, an organization which helps build young girls confidence by inspiring physical activity.
