Boulder Roubaix Youth Cycling Clinic!

Free and open to the community!



CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center is partnering with the Boulder Roubaix to offer junior boys and girls a free clinic where they can learn about bike racing and bike skills to help at the Boulder Roubaix and future cycling events!
The Boulder Roubaix course is a fast, fun course with a mixture of dirt and paved roads that will allow for exciting racing while providing a great learning experience for aspiring cyclists!

2017 Lecture Series

Join us for a free lecture series to learn from our professional staff on a variety of topics ranging from Cyclocross preparation and Swim Performance to Sports Nutrition and Winter Sports Training!

How to Find Us: CU Sports Medicine and Performance Center, 2nd Floor, Champions Center,  Boulder 80309. All lectures will take place in our Indoor Cycling Studio south of the check-in desk. Parking is free! Bring your license plate number to check-in. We also have secure indoor bike parking available next to the Indoor Cycling Studio!

Dr. Iñigo San Millán, Director of Sports Performance, recently had a new research paper published in the journal, Carcinogenesis. This paper discusses the need to reexamine cancer metabolism by looking at lactate production.

Glycogen is the storage form of Carbohydrate, and this non-invasive method was developed by Dr. San Millan and Dr. John Hill for quick and easy assessments of glycogen stores. Now athletes can visit the center to accurately determine how much gas is in the tank. We offer single tests and serial testing to quantify changes in storage over time and in response to various training and nutritional interventions!
